A 5 minute drive from the coast, we will retreat at a state of the art villa. 9 acres of serenity to enjoy the peace of olive groves, rolling hills, vineyards, the sea, and sole.

Movement will explore a depth of intensity, from nurturing restorative practices to invigorating full body strength workouts. No experience is required, every body is welcome. Practices will take place in the elegant Olivo studio, on the sunshine deck overlooking the sea and olive groves, and even in the pool (*cue aqua aerobics*). Movement is bolstered by the rhythms of breath, music, and mindfulness. It is thoughtfully designed to amplify your retreat experience and strengthen the most important relationship you'll have - the one with yourself.
Reconnection extends beyond physical movement. We will journey inward through guided mindfulness, intentional group connection and self-reflective practices.
